This is the very best blend of dried vegetables I have ever had.  Full of flavor and ready to help out in the kitchen, this product will become a permanent addition to your pantry.

Ingredients:  Carrots, onion, celery, parsley, green bell pepper

Reconstitute in water, wine or broth.  Refrigerate for up to one week if not using right away.

For every 1 cup of fresh vegetable the recipe calls for, use 1/3 cup dried vegetables to 2/3 cup water.

Store in a tightly-sealed container or the bag it came in away from light and heat.  Depending on the climatic conditions in your area, the shelf life is 1-2 years.

*Create a quick vegetable soup by simmering in broth.  That’s it!

*Throw half a handful into instant ramen noodles at the beginning of cooking.

*Blend into meatloaf and meatballs.

*Reconstitute in warm water and use in chicken salad pr macaroni salad.

*Stir into sour cream or plain yogurt for a vegetable dip.

*Fold into cream cheese for a tasty spread for bagels.
