Popeye may not approve of this dried version of his source of strength, but these bright green flakes burst into full flavor when reconstituted in any dish they are used in. There is no need to reconstitute; just add towards the last 20 minutes of cooking in any recipe.
*Stir into sour cream or plain yogurt for a spinach dip. Include some dried carrots and dried, minced onion or chives.
*Add to soups, stews or beans.
*Use as a flavoring agent in vegetable casseroles.
