Our terms and conditions are as follows:

Minimums

We have no dollar amount or product minimums on retail orders, except on orders qualifying for free shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Online Orders:

No C.O.D. Orders accepted

 Mailed Orders:

Personal or company check (no travelers or cashiers checks)

U.S. Postal money order (no other will be accepted.)

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)

Payment must be received before order is processed.

Mailed orders paid for with check or money order will be shipped once they have cleared our bank.

On-site Purchases at Fairs, Festivals and Farmers Markets:

Order processing

Denton Spice Company is a small business with a very small staff.  On weekends, sometimes starting as early as Thursday, we close up to attend an event to promote our products and meet with customers.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Thursday and Friday when we are in town).

Orders received on Thursday and Friday may not go out until the following Monday, depending on our travel schedule.  Please see our events schedule on Facebook.

Online orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed first thing on the next business day.  Please see our holiday schedule on Facebook.

 

Returns

Our product line is fresh and high in quality and fully guaranteed to please you.  Should we fall short on this goal to fulfill your needs, please contact us.

Returns for any reason must have approval before being returned.  Contact us to report any problems you have with our products within 30 days of receiving, so we can work something out.

 

Shortages and damages

If items are damaged or missing from your order, please contact us within 20 days of receiving, so we can fix the problem and get your merchandise rushed to you at no further expense to you.

If we are out-of-stock on some item, you will be contacted prior to shipping and you will not be charged for the omitted item.

We do not back-order out-of-stock items.

 

Shipping area

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico or overseas.

 

Shipping charges

Local orders in the Denton County area may be picked up at a central drop-off in the area at no charge for shipping.  Choose the local pick-up option at checkout.  Be sure to provide e-mail address and phone number in your customer information.  You will be notified when your order will be available for pick-up.  Presently, local pick-up is at Earthwise Gardens and Produce at 728 N. Elm St. in Denton, Texas.

Otherwise, orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

Free ground shipping is offered on retail orders totaling $60.00 or more to a single address within the continental U.S.

This $60.00 qualification is after any applied discounts or coupons and before added taxes, fees or other added expenses.

Orders shipped with special services do not qualify for free shipping.

Prior orders are not applied to current orders for free shipping.

A reorder of out-of-stock items is a new order.

Orders totaling less than $60.00 will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for ground or the prevailing rates for next day or 2nd day air.

No C.O.D. orders are accepted.

All balances and shipping must be paid before order processing.

Multiple addresses on the same order are billed as individual shipments.
